New to the scene comedian and writer Burton Miller is taking his debut show The 40 Year Old Burton on the road this summer with five stops opening in New York on July 12 and closing in Los Angeles on August 9. New Show Added November 1 in Cleveland!
The show – a comedy debut four decades in the making – is a reflection on a deeply religious small-town upbringing and the all-too-common and often absurd journey we all need to take to find the road back to ourselves.

In addition to being delightfully regaled with jokes, stories, and perhaps multiple spontaneous musical numbers, you might also experience a sense of euphoria so extreme and profound that it simply shocks you out of that rut you’ve been in since the Obama administration ended. The only way to really know is to get your tickets today!
Bio
Burton spent most of his career as a government social worker with multiple side quests along the way including directing a youth camp on an island and training to become a Baptist pastor. The latter did not pan out because of his unceasing homosexuality.
Due to the persistent and ongoing titration of trauma resulting from years of professionally mandated daily interactions with the general public, Burton is now taking extended time off from having a “real job” and is turning to the one remaining constant in this world: comedy.
In his spare time he can be found sleeping, watching horror movies, riding roller coasters, and spending quality time with his partner Nick.
